Steps to Cancel
- 1Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
- 2Select 'Administration' from the menu.
- 3Click 'Billing' in the left sidebar.
- 4Find your product in the Overview section.
- 5Click the three-dot menu next to it and select 'Cancel product'.
- 6Choose a reason for canceling and click 'Cancel product plan'.
- 7On the next screen, click 'Cancel plan renewal' to confirm.
- 8Optionally click 'Close your account' to end access immediately, or keep using until the billing period ends.

Existing customers must give 30-day notice before renewal or the plan auto-renews for another full term.
Only admins can cancel — non-admins need to contact their account admin.
If you have multiple products, you must cancel each one separately before you can close the account.
Wire transfer (invoice) subscriptions cannot be canceled through the admin panel — contact your account manager.
Monthly plans are never eligible for refunds.
After closing, the account enters a 7-day trial — if you don't downgrade to Free, it becomes fully inactive.

Data is kept by default after account closure but Monday.com reserves the right to delete inactive account data at any time.
