Steps to Cancel
- 1Go to paramountplus.com and sign in
- 2Click your username or profile icon in the upper right corner
- 3Select Account from the dropdown menu
- 4Click the Cancel Subscription link
- 5Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation

Paramount+ makes cancellation confusing across platforms — the app may tell you to go to the website, the website may tell you to go to the app store. Cancel via the same platform you originally signed up on.
iOS and Android subscribers billed through Apple/Google must cancel through their respective platform settings, not the Paramount+ website.
If you subscribed through Amazon Prime Video Channels, you must cancel through your Amazon account under Memberships & Subscriptions.
Free trials auto-convert to paid subscriptions. Paramount+ has phased out free trials for new subscribers as of January 2026.
If you subscribed through Roku or Amazon Fire Stick, you must cancel through that platform — deleting the app does NOT cancel the subscription.
Annual plan cancellations still run to the end of the billing year with no prorated refund.
No refunds for partial billing periods.
