Steps to Cancel
- 1Go to my.norton.com and sign in.
- 2Click 'My Account' in the top navigation.
- 3Select 'My Subscriptions' from the dropdown.
- 4Find your LifeLock subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription Renewal' or 'Manage Renewal'.
- 5Next to Plan Renewal, click 'Unsubscribe'.
- 6Select a reason and click 'Next'.
- 7Decline any retention offers by clicking 'No thanks, cancel my subscription', then click 'Next'.
- 8Wait for the confirmation message (allow up to 24 hours for changes to appear).

Norton will present multiple retention offers and discount screens during cancellation — you need to decline each one to complete the process.
Annual plans have a 60-day money-back guarantee from purchase/renewal. Monthly plans only allow refunds within 14 days of the first payment.
After the 60-day/14-day window, subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.
If LifeLock is bundled with Norton 360, cancelling LifeLock may also cancel your antivirus protection — check your bundle details.
Renewal prices increase 30-50% or more after the first year. The introductory price is not what you'll pay at renewal.
If purchased through a third-party retailer (Amazon, Best Buy), you must cancel through that retailer — Norton can't process it.
What Happens After You Cancel
Access
Identity theft protection continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, monitoring, alerts, and the Million Dollar Protection Package stop.
Your data
Your account data is retained for a period after cancellation. Contact Norton support if you want your data fully deleted.
