Steps to Cancel
- 1Log in to your BetterHelp account at betterhelp.com.
- 2Click the gear icon or go to your profile menu.
- 3Select 'My Account' from the menu.
- 4Click 'Change membership' or 'Cancel membership'.
- 5Answer a few confirmation questions about why you're leaving.
- 6Confirm the cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email.

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through that platform — BetterHelp can't cancel it for you.
