Steps to Cancel
- 1Log into Runway at app.runwayml.com
- 2Click your workspace name in the top-left, then select Workspace Settings
- 3Go to Plans & Billing
- 4Click Manage your Plan
- 5Click 'Downgrade plan' under the Free Plan section
- 6Click Cancel Plan next to your payment method and confirm

Watch Out
If you subscribed via the iOS App Store, you must cancel through Apple — the Runway website won't show a cancel button.
Unused credits do NOT roll over and are lost at the end of each billing period. Cancel timing matters.
Refunds are discretionary and must be requested through the in-app help icon or by replying to a billing receipt email.
Enterprise plans cannot be self-cancelled — you must contact your account manager.
Downgrading from a higher plan mid-cycle may apply credit toward the next invoice, not an instant refund.

Your data
Projects and generated assets remain in your workspace on the free plan, but storage is reduced to 5GB. Download anything important before your plan expires.
