Steps to Cancel
- 1Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the ClickUp app.
- 2Select 'Settings' from the menu.
- 3Click the 'Billing' tab.
- 4Scroll down to the 'Cancel Subscription' section.
- 5Click 'Cancel Subscription'.
- 6Confirm by clicking 'Yes, Cancel Subscription' in the pop-up.

ClickUp AI (Brain) is a separate per-member add-on — canceling the main plan doesn't cancel AI. You must contact support via chat to cancel AI separately.
If you subscribed via Apple or Google, cancel through their subscription settings instead of the ClickUp app.
