Steps to Cancel
- 1Go to headspace.com and log in from a desktop or mobile browser
- 2Visit headspace.com/subscription/manage
- 3Click Cancel Membership
- 4Follow the prompts — Headspace will offer pause/downgrade options before the final cancel confirmation
- 5If the cancel button doesn't appear, email help@headspace.com to request cancellation

Watch Out
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, you cannot cancel through headspace.com — you must cancel through the platform you originally subscribed on. This is the #1 source of user confusion.
The Cancel Membership button sometimes doesn't appear on the web management page. Headspace's own FAQ says to email help@headspace.com if this happens.
Multiple users report Headspace still attempting to charge their card after cancellation and confirmation email — check your bank statements after canceling.
